
Executive Director
The Executive Director administers all aspects of the Community Health Centres of Northumberland, including: the appropriate allocation, management, and use of financial and human resources; protection of CHCN assets and collaborating with the Board Philanthropy Committee on developing fundraising policy and framework to facilitate fundraising activities; fostering a positive, safe and respectful environment for CHCN staff, volunteers, students, and clients; regular communication to the Board and staff; implementation and executing the current Strategic Plan objectives, including all KPI's, and organizational compliance with all funders' required accountability standards, applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation, regulations and standards.
The Executive Director ensures that staff and Centre’s activities are coordinated and aligned with the Centre’s mission, strategy, purpose, values, priorities, and all health services are delivered to the community by interpreting and implementing board policies and procedures.
The Executive Director will demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a commitment to the principles of health equity in an inter-disciplinary model that prides itself on community-based service delivery, and participatory, collaborative, team decision-making.
