
Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) provides overall management and supervision of the day-to-day operations, ensuring short- and long-term financial sustainability and adherence to the various health and welfare acts and regulations which guide the organization. In addition to providing overall leadership to a staff of 30+ employees, the ED also oversees maintenance and capital planning of the organization's varied properties and assets; participates in various networking forums and groups of like organizations; and is the community liaison for the organization. Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent;
Two to three years experience in management of healthcare, mental healthcare, or non-profit organization;
Current class 5 driver's license and clean criminal record/vulnerable persons check.
