Events Volunteer

The Events Volunteer is basically the behind-the-scenes hero who helps bring Bluewater Education Foundation events to life! From setting the stage to celebrating a job well done, you’ll jump in before, during, and after events to help things run smoothly. You’ll help create a welcoming, fun, and respectful atmosphere where guests feel excited to be there 😄

Your energy and support help us raise funds, build community, and deliver meaningful events that support outdoor education across our region. Throughout the year we host a variety of events, including our new Spring Canoe Rally, our classy-but-fun Fall Gala, and our free Fall Open House—so there’s never a dull moment.

Time Commitment:
This role involves volunteering about 3–4 times per year, for 4–8 hours per event. Just enough to make a big impact without taking over your calendar!
