
Event Volunteer (Various Roles)
New Beginnings Support Program is a charitable organization dedicated to helping women and children in need restructure their lives and build a brighter future. Through our Life Stabilization – Step into Success and Humber Polytechnic Certificate programs, participants gain self-confidence, financial stability, and valuable professional skills.
Our vision is to eliminate social, economic, and personal barriers. We empower women to create meaningful, lasting change in their own lives and in their communities.
We are excited to announce our largest fundraising event of the year — the 15th Annual Angels in Action Gala, taking place on November 21, 2026, at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. The evening will feature a cocktail reception, dinner, keynote speakers, entertainment, and a silent auction.
Last year we raised over $80,000 for our program — and this year, we're aiming even higher! To help make this event a success, we are currently looking for volunteers to assist in a variety of areas.
Do you have experience in:
- Event Planning or Coordination
- Sponsorships
- Donations
- Fundraising
- Marketing
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Entertainment Coordination
- Decor & Venue Styling
- Administrative Support
Commitment
We are looking for volunteers who can currently commit to approx. 1-2 hours per week, and 2–5 hours per week in November 2026 leading up to the Gala . This is a remote role, though attendance at the in-person Gala is strongly encouraged (but not required).
