Event Volunteer: Food & Beverage

Support the Celebration and Help Serve Local Healthcare Heroes!

Volunteer at our Friday, June 12th YSM Evergreen Health Centre Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner as an Event Food Service & Support Volunteer.

Help staff deliver a smooth and welcoming event as we celebrate our healthcare volunteers. This event honours Evergreen Health Centre volunteer medical professionals who provide essential healthcare services and compassionate support throughout the year. In this role, you will assist with serving food and drinks, supporting with event hospitality, and helping with after-event food and venue cleanup. A volunteer confirmation letter of reference will be provided!

VOLUNTEER ROLE/DUTIES:

Your support will help ensure guests are well cared for and the event runs smoothly from start to finish, by:

• Assisting staff with serving food and drinks
• Assisting staff with refilling/replenishing drinks and food tables
• Assisting staff with general after event food and venue space clean-up.

POSITION HOURS/ COMMITMENT:

• Date: Friday, June 12th
• Duration: 1pm-4pm
• Commitment: One day, from 1pm-4pm
• Location: Major intersection is College and Spadina
