Event Support Volunteer

Join our team for Heading Towards Hope: Portrait Headshots in Support of SickKids Foundation, a fundraising event for charity.

As an Event Support Volunteer, you’ll help ensure the event runs smoothly while creating a positive experience for attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive approximately one hour before the event to assist with setup and ensure everything is ready before attendees arrive.
• Complete check-ins and direct attendees to the photography table so donations can be processed and ticket numbers assigned.
• Direct attendees to the photo station when their ticket number is called.
• Capture vertical video throughout the event using your phone or another suitable device for social media content. Submit footage to the team lead after the event.
• Remain approximately 30 minutes after the event to assist with cleanup.

• Two complimentary edited headshots
• Signed volunteer hours (approximately 3-5 hours)
