Event Planner - Festival - Jasper in January

Tourism Jasper is looking to contract the entire festival production of this annual event for a 3-year term to a capable, professional, and experienced event production company. The annual budget for the festival is $250,000 Cdn. It includes all expenses related to the delivery of the event – including, but not limited to - program delivery, event production fees, commissions, third-party expenses, rentals, accommodation, and travel. Services provided will bek all-encompassing, including program development, logistical planning, shareholder engagement and management, sponsorship management, and on-site event execution services. On-going engagement with internal working groups and external stakeholders will be a key component of success for the contracted organization.
