
Employment Program Facilitator
The Salvation Army - Toronto Downtown East - 160 Jarvis Street, is looking for volunteers to facilitate an employment training program called "Dreaming In Colour".
This is an employment training program designed to assist clients in improving their employability. Various workshops covering aspects such as self-understanding, life skills, and employment preparation will be provided to clients during the training phase in the program.
The role of the Voluntary Employment Program Facilitator is to assist in preparing and teaching workshops. Below are some suggested topics for facilitation:
- Career Planning
- SMART Goal Setting
- Time Management
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Conflict Resolution
- Public Speaking
- Professional Networking
- Labour Market Trends
- Workplace Etiquette
