This project builds on previous investments to strengthen Ontario’s ability to respond to emergencies through coordinated systems, technology, and partnerships.

At the centre of this work is the opportunity to position 211 as a critical connector across communities, governments, and response systems, particularly in supporting vulnerable populations and strengthening local readiness and recovery.

  • Strengthening alignment with Ontario Corps (OC) and provincial partners
  • Leading coordination across 211 provincial service providers and community organizations
