About Us
Bros Before Lows is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to men’s mental health. We host weekly peer support meetings every Sunday and are building programs to create safe, supportive spaces for men to connect, heal, and grow.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to support our organization by managing and optimizing our email systems and internal processes. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and preparing us for growth as our programs expand.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage organizational email accounts through GSuite (Google Workspace for Nonprofits).

Ensure all board members and key personnel have professional email addresses linked to group/shared accounts.

Assist in creating a streamlined process for meeting invitations, including:

Automating workflows from form sign-ups to subscription emails.

Scheduling and sending Zoom links or meeting invites automatically.

Ensuring participants receive reminders and links on the day of meetings.

Optimize internal workflows to support seamless communication and operations across the organization.

Troubleshoot email and account-related issues when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Google Workspace (GSuite) or similar platforms.

Familiarity with email automation tools and process optimization.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and collaborative attitude, with attention to detail.

Time Commitment
Flexible volunteer hours, estimated 2–4 hours per week.
