Are you passionate about social justice, equity, and supporting women and gender-diverse individuals impacted by the criminal justice system? Elizabeth Fry Kingston is seeking dedicated, visionary individuals to join our Board of Directors and help guide our mission forward. 

About Us 

Elizabeth Fry Kingston is a non-profit organization committed to advocating for and supporting women and gender-diverse people who are criminalized or at risk of criminalization. We provide community-based services, transitional housing, and advocacy to promote dignity, justice, and reintegration.

Who We're Looking For 

We welcome applications from individuals who: 

Believe in our mission and values 

Bring diverse perspectives and lived experiences 

Have skills in governance, law, finance, health, EDIA, fundraising, communications, or social services 

Are committed to equity, inclusion, and reconciliation 

Can dedicate time for monthly meetings and committee work 

Prior board experience is an asset but not required. We strongly encourage applications from Indigenous peoples, racialized individuals, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and those with lived experience in the justice system.
