Driver Assistant

The Role

This is an unpaid volunteer position located in Brantford, Ontario at the Brantford Food Bank. Applicants must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and hand-bomb items into and out of the truck. Duties may include, but are not limited to, grocery store and other retail pick-ups, dropping off or picking up barrels from food drives, taking items to the dump. May also require recording weights and where pick-ups are from.

Assistance is required mornings (8:45am-12pm). Customer service, communication skills and problem-solving skills are an asset.
