Donor Relations Volunteer

We are recruiting reliable volunteers to support our Donor Relations team. Volunteers must be able to support in-person at our Toronto office location and volunteer for a minimum of 6 months on either Tuesdays or Thursdays during daytime business hours. A regular 4-hour shift commitment is required during this time (i.e. Every Tuesday from 11:00am - 3:00pm). with the following tasks:

• Assist with mail fulfillment (using folding machine to insert letters in envelopes, add appropriate postage using postage machine, etc.)
• Open return mail, and identify and enter into CRM based on type of return (i.e. do not mail, address unknown, deceased, etc.)
• Make outbound calls for monthly donor retention program to update payment methods
• Other duties as required

We are aiming for a start date of late 2025/early 2026.
