
Donor Care & Administrative Support volunteer
Role overview

As a Donor Care and Administrative Support Volunteer, you will provide customer service and administrative support to the Direct Marketing Central Team. In particular, you will ensure an excellent donor experience through supporting the success of our Direct Mail, Email, and Monthly Donor campaigns.
Some activities associated with this role include:
- Responding to and troubleshooting tax receipt inquiries via phone, internal database and email
- Email response management using template responses
- Phone Calls audit
- Input Data into database/OneCRM/excel application
- Documenting donor suppression requests in 2 separate databases
- Compiling In Memory Reports from different sources.
- General administrative support
- Data analysts or identifying common trends
- Escalate inquiries to employees’ partner(s) when required
Qualifications :
- Completion of secondary school
- Detail oriented, organized, and focused.
- Works well independently and as a part of a team.
- Comfortable on the computer (PC environment): familiar with web browsers, web forms, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI is an asset
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights is a strong asset
- Exceptional phone manner and an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
- Comfortable with and committed to executing repetitive processes with accuracy
Time commitment:
Flexible, but ideally 8-20 hours per week: 1-4 shifts per week, 4-8 hours per shift
Shifts will occur between the hours of 9am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday.
Volunteers may choose to exceed 20 hours of work per week.
This position is a 3-6-month term commitment with possibility for renewal.
