Director Of Volunteers - Global Human Advocacy
Phenix Advocacy Center (PAC) is the worldwide advocacy network force-free canine professionals have never had. Across the globe, compassionate trainers and behavior consultants work in isolation, facing cyberbullying and carrying the weight of animal suffering without support. When we connect with colleagues who share our values, we remember why we do this work and find strength to create real change. PAC transforms individual exhaustion into collective power, amplifies marginalized voices, and builds the professional community that sustains ethical work. We need passionate volunteers to help us reach every force-free professional who needs this network. Your skills and commitment will strengthen the infrastructure that supports thousands of colleagues and protects countless dogs.
What to Expect in Your Role With PAC
As a leader inspiring people to elevate their professional and personal lives, you'll be at the heart of meaningful global change. Working closely with the board and fellow directors, you'll shape the PAC vision and watch your impact ripple outward—building a legacy of profound difference that extends far beyond what you can see today.
As a Volunteer Director you'll have the opportunity to:
- Share your knowledge and expertise to recruit, engage and incentives volunteers internationally
- Contribute your skills to increase opportunities for volunteers
- Support and mentor local communities to advance their goals through stewardship
- Expand your skill-set and gain new perspectives in the world of dog professional welfare.
Volunteering with PAC will be a life-changing experience.
Not only will you contribute to positive and lasting change, but you'll come away with new tools and techniques yourself. With us, you will:
- Gain valuable international work experience in your field
- Work on projects with global reach and impact
- Acquire professional network and leadership experience
- Learn from your international colleagues and develop your global network
- Receive support every step of the way
