What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
• Oversee donor relations and manage the resource development team.
• Collaborate with community partners to identify funding opportunities.
• Prepare and manage the department's budget.
• Report on fundraising activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
