• Compensation: $130,000-145,000 + $16,008 NLA, $18,000 housing stipend, plus benefits

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Qupanuaq Services team to deliver high-quality programs and services.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and expand program reach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, to advocate for the needs of Arctic children and youth.
• Oversee budget management and ensure financial sustainability of programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

• Required: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the civic and social sector.
• Required: Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Optional: Experience working in Arctic regions or with Indigenous communities.
• Optional: Familiarity with funding and grant application processes.
