About Alberta Pioneer Camp

Alberta Pioneer Camp is part of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship of Canada. Our two sites near Sundre and Rocky Mountain House serve campers, retreat guests, families, and ministry partners throughout the year. We are committed to creating spaces where young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and experience life in Christian community. The Director of Operations plays a central leadership role in ensuring that our facilities, systems, staff and day to day operations support this mission.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Operations who will provide strong, practical, day to day leadership at Alberta Pioneer Camp. This role directly reports to the General Director and oversees onsite staff. The Director of Operations ensures that our facilities, systems, and operational practices are safe, efficient, well maintained, and aligned with InterVarsity’s mission and standards.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem solving, and is committed to stewarding camp property and resources with excellence.
