Director for ISMP Canada Board

ISMP Canada is searching for up to three new Directors for our Board!
ISMP Canada, an independent, national, not-for-profit organization that is committed to the advancement of medication safety. We launched over 25 years ago and continually seek to develop and maintain a Board of Directors who reflect the diversity of the people in Canada. Diverse perspectives and an inclusive approach to governance are encouraged and supported.
We are specifically seeking candidates that:
• Reside in the Atlantic provinces or in the North (Nunavut, Northwest, or Yukon Territories),
• Are a member of an equity deserving group,
• Have targeted expertise and leadership experience in one or more of the following areas,
o Chartered Public Account designation and experience in leading the financial team of an organization, preferably with a not-for-profit status
o Leadership experience related to the delivery of Information Technology services
o Leadership experience related to the field of advancing Cultural Safety in health-related domains
• Have, or could have, a passion for medication safety.
