Role: Director of Fund Development & Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Fund Development & Strategic Partnerships will lead strategies to build resources and expand TEAO’s impact through meaningful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee fundraising strategies, including grants and donor engagement

Build and nurture partnerships with organizations, funders, and community stakeholders

Work with the board to diversify and grow revenue streams

Support sustainable long-term financial health of the organization

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in fundraising, grant-writing, or donor relations

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with creativity in resource development

Alignment with TEAO’s trauma-informed and equity-centered values

Commitment

Attend regular board meetings (virtual/hybrid)

Provide approximately 4–6 hours monthly for partnership-building and board duties
