Director, Finance

Acting as Corporate Treasurer, responsibilities include communicating the financial standing of the organization to stakeholders during Board meetings while leading the Finance Committee. This requires you to work effectively with external bookkeepers, auditors, financial institutions, and City Network finance teams. Member of the Executive Committee.

Commitment Required:

• Monthly participation in evening Board meetings.
• 2-3 hours per week working with the Board and community networks.
• 1-3 hours per week directly engaging with partners.
• Collaboration with the board members on initiatives.
• Annual planning day/retreat in the spring.
• Identifying prospects and fundraising opportunities for the Board.
