Unpaid Volunteer Position

The Director of Evaluation & Impact Strategy will help TEAO Canada strengthen accountability and storytelling by guiding program evaluation and impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of evaluation frameworks and performance indicators

Analyze program data to measure outcomes and inform strategy

Provide reports and insights to strengthen organizational impact

Collaborate with staff and board to embed evaluation in all activities

Desired Skills & Experience

Background in research, evaluation, or program measurement

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Experience in impact storytelling or knowledge mobilization is an asset

Commitment to trauma-informed, equity-focused practices

Commitment

Attend regular board meetings (virtual/hybrid)

Provide approximately 4–6 hours monthly for evaluation planning and board duties
