• Job Title: Director of Children, Youth, and Family Programs (m/f/d)
• Location: 310 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, ON M4K 1N6
• Compensation: starting rate of $25-30 per hour plus benefits and 3 weeks vacation
• Employment Type: 20 hours per week starting January 1, 2026

What you will do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of children, youth, and family programs.
• Develop and implement program strategies and objectives.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure programs align with organizational goals and values.
• Lead, mentor, and support program staff and volunteers.

What we are looking for

• Required: Proven experience in program management or related field.
• Required: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Required: Background in education/work with children & youth.
• Optional: Experience with community outreach and engagement.
• Optional: Familiarity with UU values and principles.
