• Create strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage social media platforms:
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance:
• Use analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate content creation:
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to produce engaging materials.
• Manage email marketing campaigns:
• Design and send newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences.
• Maintain the company website:
• Update content, monitor SEO, and improve user experience.
• Conduct market research:
• Identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform strategies.
• Report on digital marketing outcomes:
• Prepare regular reports for management to measure ROI and progress.

Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum age: 12
- Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares
- Complete training prior to start date
- Can commit to the shift schedule

Bonus Skills:
- Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
- Previous volunteer experience
