Role overview

We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dedicated volunteer team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and ensuring our mission resonates far and wide through effective social media strategies.

As a newly established organization, Pay it For-Art is at a pivotal stage of growth and development.

This role is not just about managing our social media presence; it's an opportunity to lay the groundwork for our digital outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the voice and digital footprint of Pay it For-Art, ensuring that our message resonates across various social platforms.

We're seeking someone who is not only adept at social media but also passionate about setting a strong foundation for this vital aspect of our communication. This is a unique chance to contribute significantly to our mission, helping to build and define our digital marketing strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Generate compelling and impactful content for various digital platforms that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Help Social Media Manager grow our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and potentially additional channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to drive decisions and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that the digital marketing strategies align with overall organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital marketing content aligns with our brand identity, enhancing brand awareness and consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and content management systems.
  • A passion for the arts and a commitment to community development through creative endeavors.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passionate commitment to PIFA’s mission and values.
  • A passionate advocate for the arts with a heart for social impact. Your experience level isn't as important as your desire to make a difference and grow with us.
