This is a Contract - Part Time position.
About us
We are seeking an experienced Digital Literacy Lead to support the development of adult-centred digital literacy programming. This role will review and strengthen an existing Level 1 computer literacy course, design a new pilot-ready Level 2 course, and develop content for short, online computer skills workshops.
This project focuses on practical digital skills, plain-language materials, and literacy-informed, adult learning approaches that support learners’ confidence, independence, and participation in online environments.
What you will do
- Develop and implement digital literacy programs tailored to diverse community needs.
- Make targeted additions and amendments to improve clarity, sequencing, and learner outcomes on our Level 1 content
- Design a condensed Level 2 computer literacy course that builds on Level 1
- Design content for 3-5 short, online digital skills workshops (45-60–minutes each): Topics may include email basics, online forms, virtual tools, or other learner-identified priorities
