Position Overview

Samawada is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Fundraising & Advertising Specialist to help grow our online fundraising efforts through strategic digital advertising, donor acquisition campaigns, and performance marketing.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and using technology to create social impact. The successful candidate will manage online advertising campaigns, optimize donor acquisition strategies, and increase awareness of Samawada's humanitarian mission across digital platforms.

What You Will Do

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize fundraising campaigns using Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including the Google Ad Grants program for nonprofits.
  • Create audience targeting strategies to reach potential donors, volunteers, and supporters.
  • Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, messaging, and landing page performance.

Fundraising Campaigns

  • Develop digital fundraising campaigns that increase donations and donor engagement.
  • Create compelling advertising content that communicates Samawada's impact.
  • Support peer-to-peer fundraising, crowdfunding, and seasonal giving campaigns.
  • Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to maximize campaign performance.
  • Optimize donation funnels to improve conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
  • Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Monitor website traffic and donor behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing and design teams to create compelling digital advertisements.
  • Develop ad copy, graphics, and landing page recommendations.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all advertising campaigns.
  • Support storytelling initiatives that showcase humanitarian impact.

Research & Innovation

  • Research emerging trends in digital fundraising and nonprofit marketing.
  • Explore AI tools that improve campaign optimization and audience targeting.
  • Identify new digital platforms and fundraising opportunities.
  • Recommend innovative strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
