Digital Communications Volunteer/Intern

The Digital Communications Volunteer/intern will support TIA’s broader digital communication ecosystem, helping ensure our messaging, website updates, and digital campaigns remain organized, clear, and impactful.

This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit communications, digital strategy, or content management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining website content and updates

• Support digital communications planning and campaigns

• Help coordinate newsletters and email communications

• Assist with content organization across digital platforms

• Support documentation of digital processes and workflows

• Help track basic analytics and engagement metrics

Skills & Qualifications

• Interest in communications, digital strategy, or nonprofit work

• Strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with basic digital tools (website CMS, email platforms, etc.) is an asset

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a remote team

• Attention to detail and reliability
