Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference 2025 Volunteers

A world free of the effects of diabetes is our vision. That’s why we’re working together to improve the quality of life of people living with diabetes. We’re sharing knowledge and creating connections for individuals and the health-care professionals who care for them; advocating through public policy; and funding research to improve treatments and find a cure to end diabetes.

Join our dedicated volunteer team for the Toronto Conference #LetsEndDiabetes!

We are looking for volunteers to join us for our Conference being held in Toronto this November.

Dates: November 26, 2025 – November 29, 2025

Volunteers play an integral role at the Conference and will help attendees with registration, navigation, and scanning for conference sessions and symposia. Volunteers who complete a minimum of 12 hours will also get their conference fee covered.

• Registration – helping people to successfully register for the conference and providing name badges for attendees
• Navigation – helping attendees finding where their sessions are taking place
• Scanning – ensuring that the attendees are all scanned into their sessions to ensure that they are given the appropriate credits for their education
• Other roles as required.
