  • Lead the governance of the design system—reviewing, documenting, and evolving components in response to organizational needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and cross-functional contributors in using the system effectively.
  • Drive adoption and usage of the system by facilitating onboarding, documentation, and support.
  • Identify and address gaps in system efficiency, accessibility, and brand alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital design systems, UX/UI design, or front-end design operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, with working knowledge of responsive and accessibility design.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and product teams to implement scalable design practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage versioning, cross-team updates, and adoption.
  • Prior experience in nonprofit or volunteer-led environments is an asset.

Benefits:

  • Empowering emerging adults with their growth and development
  • Innovating the movement towards mental wellness
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary senior board members
  • Growing your professional network
  • Room for advancement and growth within the organization

Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young adults while shaping a brighter future for mental health and well-being. Together, we can inspire hope and create lasting change. Apply now!
