Role Overview:

Young Bosses in Business Foundation (YBIB) is a youth-focused Canadian charity supporting

entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-world skill-building for young people.

The Design Intern supports YBIB’s visuals by creating clean, on-brand graphics and templates for

social media, recruitment, events and program materials. Reports to the Communications Chair

and Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Canva graphics for posts, stories, flyers, and event assets
• Maintain brand consistency and organize templates for reuse
• Support revisions and updates based on feedback
• Prepare simple design packages for campaign weeks or program cycles

Skills & Qualifications:

• Best suited for college/university students enrolled in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, UX/UI, or related programs

• High school students looking to gain experience and complete community service hours are welcome to apply

• Comfortable using or learning Canva,buffer, whatsapp and trello
• Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback
