DANCES AT THE BAY - Volunteer Application

HCA Dance + Theatre is thrilled to announce DANCES AT THE BAY (formerly known as DUSK DANCES), a vibrant summer celebration of community and dance in Hamilton! Running from July 17-19, 2026 at Bayfront Park, DANCES AT THE BAY promises to be a memorable summer event for Hamiltonians of all ages.

Volunteer with Us!

Join us as a volunteer and assist with various activities such as:

• Ushering
• Event setup
• Information services
• Technical assistance

No Experience Required

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and will do our best to match you with roles that suit your skills.

Event Details

• Dates: July 17-19, 2026 with a dress rehearsal on July 16th.
• Times: Evenings from approximately 4 PM to 9 PM
• Volunteer Arrival: Volunteers will be asked to come earlier (~2:30pm) to help set up and prepare for the event, as well as stay after (~10pm) to assist with take-down and clean-up.
