About this opportunity:

As a Counsellor-in-Training (CIT) Volunteer, you will support camp counselors in delivering engaging activities and ensuring campers have a safe, fun, and inclusive experience. You will work closely with our team to assist with supervision, participate in activities, and develop the skills needed to become a future camp leader.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assisting camp counselors in supervising campers and supporting daily camp routines and activities.
• Leading games, group activities, and icebreakers under the guidance of experienced counselors.
• Helping set up and organize camp materials, activity stations, and equipment to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Supporting camper engagement by encouraging participation and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
• Participating in CIT training sessions and workshops to develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
