ORGANIZATION Based in Toronto, Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity, 100% volunteer- led that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting. Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. ROLE

Are you passionate about building connections, fostering community growth, and making a positive impact on society? If you enjoy engaging with diverse communities and exploring ways to bring people together, Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 2–3 hours per week working with our Talent Management team. Reporting to the Managers, Talent, the Coordinator will gain valuable experience and be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening (40%):
• Assist in posting volunteer openings on job boards, websites, and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate communications, including scheduling interviews and sending

relevant correspondence.

2. Recruitment Administrative Support (60%):
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other Talent databases.
• Distribute offer letters, volunteer agreements, and other hiring-related documents.
• Manage the recruitment mailbox, respond to inquiries in a timely manner and escalate it

to the team if necessary.
• Coordinate internal meetings for the Talent Acquisition team, take meeting notes, and

ensure all participants receive agendas and updates promptly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in Human resources or recruitment-related roles is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
