
Content Creator, DO BETTER Campaign
TEAO Canada is seeking a volunteer Content Creator to support the awareness and growth of our DO BETTER campaign and merchandise collection.
The DO BETTER campaign is more than apparel. It is a community conversation about accountability, healing, reflection, and collective responsibility. This role will help bring the campaign to life through digital storytelling, social media content, captions, graphics, short-form video, and community engagement.
The Content Creator will work under the leadership of the Director of Digital Accessibility & Inclusion and collaborate with TEAO Canada’s leadership team to create accessible, inclusive, and on-brand campaign content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule social media content for the DO BETTER campaign
- Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, captions, testimonials, and storytelling content
- Support campaign promotion across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletters, and community networks
- Highlight campaign messaging, merchandise features, and community stories
- Assist with gathering user-generated content, testimonials, and engagement opportunities
- Monitor engagement and provide simple monthly reporting insights
- Contribute creative ideas to increase campaign visibility and reach
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or interest in Canva, social media, content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, or communications
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and meet agreed-upon timelines
- Passionate about mental health, community building, equity, accountability, and social impact
- Comfortable creating accessible and inclusive content
