
Consulting Team Member (Volunteer)
Collaboration Partners is currently sourcing consultants for an upcoming engagement with an owner/operator of shelters across Toronto.
The Consulting Team Member role is responsible for working directly on engagements to ensure we deliver the most impactful solutions for our non-profit clients. From identifying issues and researching solutions, to presenting to senior management teams and working side-by-side with clients to implement recommendations, this role will be expected to be highly engaged on case work from the start.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research (e.g., interviews with clients, industry best practices) and analysis across a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data
- Develop strategic options and recommendations for the marketing strategy and stakeholder communications, leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Plan and facilitate meetings and presentations with key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within the consulting team to drive analysis
Engagement Details
This engagement is aiming to start mid to late October and is expected to last 6-8 weeks. Volunteers are expected to commit to ~3 hours per week of work with most meetings being outside of traditional work hours (9AM - 5PM) to account for schedules. This role is fully remote.
