Conference Photographer

The Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN) is holding its 2026 nursing education conference in Mississauga at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale, starting the evening of Sunday, May 31 and ending on Tuesday, June 2 (2 days + 1 evening). We are seeking a photographer (1 person) who will attend and take photos during the conference and then provide the digital photos to us. The individual may be a student or hobby photographer (student or non-student and hobby photographers welcome).

We will provide complimentary registration for the photographer to attend the conference, which includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments on both days (June 1-2), and appetizers during the networking reception on the Sunday evening (May 31). We will also provide a $500.00 honourarium to cover their costs - travel, equipment. There is complimentary parking at the hotel.

Interested individuals are asked to contact CASN and provide their experience doing this type of work. Any samples of past work are also welcome.
