About the Pet Cancer Foundation
The Pet Cancer Foundation’s vision is to increase the life expectancy and improve the quality of life of pets diagnosed with cancer. Each year, an estimated 12 million dogs and cats are diagnosed with cancer, six times the number of humans affected annually in North America. We’re working to change that.
As our volunteer organization continues to grow across North America, reliable technology systems and strong technical support are essential to enabling our distributed teams. We are seeking an experienced Director of Technical Operations to lead this critical function and help prepare our technology foundation for future growth.
About the Position
The volunteer Co-Director of Technical Operations provides senior leadership for PCF’s technology systems, support, and operations. You will oversee the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our core platforms and software, ensure reliable service delivery, and guide the development of standards, documentation, and support practices. Working closely with senior leadership and department heads, you will help shape a scalable technology environment that supports the organization’s mission while maintaining security, usability, and operational excellence.
Please leave a note with your application acknowledging your awareness of the volunteer nature of this position. We will only contact and proceed with candidates who confirm their understanding.
