About LandSeed

LandSeed is a non-profit committed to reimagining entry-level housing for future generations. Our goal is to create inclusive communities where homeownership is accessible for all, and everyone has the opportunity to build a stable, fulfilling future. At LandSeed, we create solutions for the Canadian housing crisis by collaborating with communities and industry partners to identify barriers and create real pathways to homeownership.

How Will This Opportunity Benefit You

This opportunity offers hands-on experience in community outreach, client engagement, and housing support especially within Chinese-speaking communities in Canada. You’ll develop skills in relationship-building, communication, and grassroots outreach, while gaining insight into the housing sector and community-based program delivery. This is an excellent role for someone looking to expand their portfolio in client-facing work, advocacy, and nonprofit outreach while contributing to a cause with tangible impact.

How Will LandSeed Benefit from Your Contribution

LandSeed will benefit from your multilingual communication skills, cultural insight, and your ability to connect with communities that face linguistic or systemic barriers to homeownership. Your outreach and support efforts will help us deepen our relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and ensure they feel seen, heard, and guided through the housing journey. By helping bridge the gap between communities and our programs, you’ll play a key role in growing our reach and impact across diverse populations.
