🌍 Volunteer Opportunity – Children Files Team

International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking meticulous, high-integrity volunteers to join our Children Files Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Children Files Team maintains the life stories and legal documentation of every child in IHF’s care. Your mission is to ensure that digital records—including medical history, academic progress, and legal status—are 100% accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. This data is the foundation for our sponsorship programs and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integrity: Update and audit individual child profiles with new photos, school reports, and health updates from our centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.
• Document Digitization: Organize and archive physical documents into a streamlined, secure digital filing system.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all files meet international child protection standards and local government requirements.
• Confidentiality Management: Strictly enforce data privacy protocols to ensure sensitive information is only accessible to authorized personnel.
• Liaison: Coordinate with Center Leads to resolve any missing information or discrepancies in a child’s record.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptionally organized with an "Editor’s Eye" for detail.
• High level of discretion and understanding of Data Privacy (GDPR/Child Protection).
• Comfortable working with complex database structures and cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox).
• Reliable and consistent (managing records that impact a child's future).
• Interested in Social Work, Library Science, Data Management, or Law.
