The CEO is responsible for unifying the organization around a shared vision, ensuring strong financial stewardship, and leading a values-driven culture that aligns with mission, people, and operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Ability to bring cohesion across departments and leadership
Experience aligning programs, people, and resources with mission and strategy
Master’s Degree with senior leadership experience within an Indigenous organization
Leadership rooted in integrity, accountability, and cultural awareness
Strong financial management and operational leadership skills
