
CEO
The Friends is seeking a CEO to fill an existing vacancy. The Friends is a not-for-profit charitable organization providing supportive programs and services for eligible clients throughout the Parry Sound and Muskoka Districts. We promote optimal health, independence, quality of life and community integration; and manage accessible residential facilities for eligible tenants. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors, manages daily operations and implements Board policies and strategic plans. The role includes Administration; Financial, Facility, and Human Resources management; Tenant/Client, and Community relations; and Health and Safety promotion. As the leader, the CEO promotes The Friends vision, values, mission and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. The CEO working with staff develops and implements programs and services within available resources.

Salary range
- $110,000 - $160,000 per year
