We’re looking for volunteers to join the committee in the following key areas:

Social Media & Digital Storytelling:

Help amplify our message and build excitement for the gala!
Ideal for: social media specialists, content creators, digital marketers, and storytellers.

Responsibilities may include:

• Creating shareable social content
• Tracking engagement & analytics
• Supporting campaign scheduling

Silent Auction & Live Auction Team

Support the success of Zajac Nights by helping secure donated items and experiences for our silent and live auctions. We’re looking for confident, personable volunteers who are comfortable reaching out to businesses and community partners — whether by email, phone calls, or in-person meetings — to request auction donations.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in fundraising, sales, partnerships, or relationship-building who enjoy making meaningful connections in support of a great cause.
