We collaborate with local communities, traditional healers, and government officials to advance health equity, improve maternal and infant well-being, and reduce mortality rates worldwide.

The Opportunity

Health Together is seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to turn brand awareness into financial impact for Health Together and specif ically for the Stetchy Social Venture. In this role, you will design and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, le our mission-driven initiatives, secure corporate sponsorships and partnerships, and expand our healthcare and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development & Sponsorships

• Identify, cultivate, and establish long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.

• Source and evaluate prospective sponsors and community partners to develop financially sustainable health and education ventures.

• Secure specialized funding, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand community impact.

• Lead business development for the Stretchy Social Venture, turning health and education concepts into sustainable ventures and revenue-generation initiatives.

• Execute targeted outreach to C-suite executives, founders, and key decision-makers to cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to grow Health Togther.

• Track Business Development metrics, manage sponsors and partnership databases, and provide detailed ROI reports to the board of directors.

• Oversee departmental budgeting and performance, ensuring efficient resource use and sustainable growth.

Marketing

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Health Together, public awareness, audience growth, and brand recognition.

• Create compelling marketing content, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that ef fectively communicate Health Together's mission to potential sponsors and partners.

• Oversee marketing across social media and digital marketing platforms.

Negotiation & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and manage strategic relationships with sponsors and partners.

• Lead contract negotiations for funding agreements, grants, and service-level agreements (SLAs),ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand acquisition of partnership and sponsor opportunities, and revenue streams.

• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to engage partners and sponsors,strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and support the business development team members.

• Coordinate business development activities and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

• Collaborate with fundraising and other teams to align with organizational goals.

• Develop and document scalable outreach systems and business development processes to support long-term organizational growth.

What You Bring

Experience: 2–7+ years in nonprof it business development, NGO Business Development, corporate sales, or marketing with a proven ability to grow initiatives and secure sponsorships and partnerships.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Non-profit Management or related degree.

Revenue Focus: Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and business development.

Communication: Strong copywriting, pitch deck creation, and storytelling skills.

Digital Marketing: Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.

Purpose-Driven: Passion for the mission with the proven ability to engage, inspire, and cultivate new sponsors and partnerships to drive revenue goals.
