Our mission is to build agentic AI for social good. We create proactive, goal-oriented AI systems that act as true partners for non-profits and community leaders. Our AI is an amplifier, designed to automate the mundane so humans can focus on the meaningful work of connection, empathy, and strategic leadership.

We are Hive Life Haven, a non-profit building our own AI-powered platform to tackle the housing crisis and empower our community partners.

We're Looking for a Founding Technical Team

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the architecture and soul of our AI, "Buzz." We need a diverse team of builders:

Cloud Architects & Software Developers: Design and build the core infrastructure and applications. You are the backbone of our system, working with GCP, Python/JavaScript, and modern development practices.

AI/ML Engineers: Implement and fine-tune machine learning models. You are the engine, working with Vertex AI and other frameworks to create powerful, intelligent systems.

Data Engineers: Build the data pipelines that ground our AI in real-world, community-level data.

Vibe Coders & AI Prompt Engineers: You are the soul of our AI. Using your mastery of natural language, you will work in platforms like Google AI Studio, Poe, and others to craft the personality, voice, and empathetic responses that make our technology not just smart, but lovable.

You'll be working with a modern Google Cloud stack, including Vertex AI and Gemini, to build an ecosystem of tools designed to be shared openly with our community partners.
