The Mission
The Bros Before Lows Foundation is growing fast. As we expand into managing multiple teams and scaling our impact, we are looking for a Secretary who doesn't just keep records, but helps keep the momentum.
The Role
We aren't looking for a passive bystander. We need a high-level organizer to serve as the "right hand" to our Founder/Chair. Your goal is to streamline communications and connect the dots across our various teams so our leadership can focus on high-level growth without burning out.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Compliance: Maintain accurate minutes, manage the board calendar, and ensure all filings are up to date.
Strategic Support: Act as a sounding board and administrative partner to the Founder.
Operational Connectivity: Help track action items across different teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Communication Bridge: Ensure information flows smoothly between the Board, the Founder, and the operational teams.
