Brand Royalty 2026

BC Cancer Foundation is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the 2026 Brand Royalty Expo — a luxury, consumer-facing event showcasing high-end products and services. Proceeds from the event will support the Victoria Beyond Barriers Patient Relief Fund, which helps patients accessing care at BC Cancer – Victoria with travel and treatment-related costs.

Volunteer Shifts & Responsibilities

Friday, June 19

Set-Up (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) | ~4 volunteers

• Assist with event set-up, including tables, signage, and booth materials

Saturday, June 20

Set-Up (8:30 AM – 11:00 AM) | ~4 volunteers

• Finalize event set-up before doors open
• Prepare registration and activity areas

Registration (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | ~4 volunteers

• Welcome guests and support check-in
• Provide event information and assist with attendee flow
• Support donation inquiries at the BC Cancer Foundation booth

Event Support (10:30 AM – 3:00 PM) | ~6 volunteers

• Assist with glassware distribution and collection
• Support cleanliness of event spaces (bussing, garbage, etc.)
• Help manage swag and general attendee experience

Teardown (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) | ~4 volunteers

• Assist with packing up materials and event breakdown
• Ensure the space is left clean and organized
