We are seeking an experienced volunteer Board Treasurer to join our Board of Directors during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role

As Board Treasurer, you will provide financial oversight and governance, working alongside the Executive Director and Board of Directors to ensure the organization remains financially healthy, transparent, and compliant.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing financial statements and financial reports

• Supporting the development and oversight of annual budgets

• Monitoring financial performance and organizational sustainability

• Strengthening financial policies and internal controls

• Providing oversight of grant funding and charitable reporting

• Advising the Board on financial strategy, risk management, and compliance

• Participating in quarterly Board meetings and occasional committee meetings

This opportunity is ideal for a CPA, accountant, finance professional, banker, controller, or someone with nonprofit financial leadership experience who is passionate about strengthening community organizations through sound financial stewardship.

This is a remote volunteer Board position with flexible scheduling.
