We work to advance vocational education, workplace training, and lifelong learning, with a strong focus on inclusive, competency-based approaches.

What We Do

The CVA provides expertise through a growing network of national and international DACUM specialists, supporting and facilitating DACUM-based occupational analyses and competency-based training initiatives. Our work empowers organizations worldwide to design and deliver training and management programs that meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
