Organization: Warm Touch Collective (Ontario)

Location: Remote (Ontario) with occasional virtual meetings and community events

Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per month

About Warm Touch Collective

Warm Touch Collective is an Ontario-based unincorporated nonprofit initiative dedicated to empowering women through wellness programs, mentorship, community engagement, and essential support initiatives. We are currently building our founding leadership team as we prepare for incorporation.

Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Founding Board of Directors. Board members will help shape the organization’s vision, strengthen its governance, and support its long-term growth and sustainability.

We are looking for individuals with experience or interest in:

• Finance or Accounting
• Law or Governance
• Healthcare
• Human Resources
• Marketing and Communications
• Fundraising
• Community Development
• Women’s Empowerment

Responsibilities

• Attend approximately one board meeting each month.
• Provide strategic guidance and governance oversight.
• Assist with the organization’s incorporation and policy development.
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Act as an ambassador for Warm Touch Collective.

Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will participate in a brief interview, provide one or two references, and complete a conflict of interest declaration. Selected board members will receive an orientation on Warm Touch Collective’s mission, governance responsibilities, and board expectations.
